LASH & BROW SERVICE POLICY Please review our policies before booking your appointment. By booking with MLS Beauty Room, you acknowledge and agree to the following: NO REFUNDS All lash and brow services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction or a change of mind. LASH EXTENSIONS Lash retention varies from person to person based on natural lash growth, lifestyle, skincare products, aftercare, and other factors. Shedding is a natural part of the lash cycle and is not considered a service defect. Proper aftercare is required to maintain your extensions. Avoid excessive oil, steam, rubbing, picking, or pulling on your lashes and follow all aftercare instructions provided. LASH LIFTS & TINTS Results can vary depending on your natural lashes, hair texture, previous treatments, and aftercare. Proper aftercare is important for maintaining your results. Lash lifts and tints are non-refundable once the service has been completed. BROW SERVICES Results from brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and other brow services may vary depending on your natural brow hair, skin type, previous treatments, and aftercare. Brow services are non-refundable once completed. CONCERNS WITH YOUR SERVICE If you have any concerns regarding your lash or brow service, please contact MLS Beauty Room within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate. Adjustments are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund. IMPORTANT Please inform your artist of any allergies, sensitivities, previous lash or brow treatments, or relevant products being used before your service. By booking an appointment with MLS Beauty Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. A No call/ No show will be charged a 20% cancellation within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment
